    Hope Autism Services is the leading Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) provider in the GTA. Our team consists of certified professionals including Clinical Psychologist, BCBA, Provincial providers approved Instructor & Senior Therapists.     Position: Senior Therapist - part time on weekends and weeknights

    Location: Center based in Mississauga, Ontario

    Qualifications:

    • A minimum of two to five years of experience in the delivery of ABA services
    • Two or more years of experience with the clinical supervision of ABA/IBI programs.
    • BCBA or BCaBA will be an asset
    • Strong knowledge and experience in the application of Natural Environment Teaching, Discrete Trial Teaching, Group Instruction, and other ABA teaching strategies, curriculum-based assessments, preference assessments, functional assessments and analyses, individualized behavioural intervention programs, and Social Skills.

    Responsibilities:

    • Work collaboratively with parents and team members in the treatment planning process
    • Conducting a variety of assessments (ex: VBMAPP, ABLLS, Functional Analysis)
    • Designing individualized programming and behaviour intervention plans.
    • Ongoing supervision, training, and evaluation of Instructor Therapists.
    • Overseeing the programming of assigned clients including: analysis of data, making data driven program changes, writing and updating Individual Service Plans, attending/organizing team meetings, and working as part of a team including a Clinical Supervisor.
    • Providing ongoing support and training to families. Conducting meetings with parents, schools and community agencies.
