The role we are offering you:

By joining GBTS as part of the NATO Flying Training in Canada (NFTC) program, you will have the opportunity to offer Simulator and Academic training to ab initio Air Force Pilots from Canada and abroad.


Roles and Responsibilities:


Provide simulator instruction on the Harvard II and/or Hawk 115 Flight Training Device (FTD) to military student pilots in accordance with the applicable NFTC Training Plan and Canadian Forces Individual Training and Education System (CFITES).

Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of specific Aircraft Operating Instructions, applicable Standard Manoeuvre Manual and NFTC pilot training syllabi.

knowledge of approved pilot instructional techniques.
practical military pilot instructional experience
flexibility in handling tasks and projects.
excellent oral and written communication skills and good presentation skills in English.
