Transfers Administrator, Temporary - Vancouver, Canada - Aviso Wealth
Description
We're in need of a Transfers Administrator to be part of our Transfers team for a 1-year contract.
This position allows for mostly remote work, with occasional onsite visits to our office location in Vancouver, BC.

- Process transfer requests within set timelines
- Manage incoming mail and monitor the transfers mailbox
- Initiate manual or ATON transfers
- Track and follow up on initiated transfers
- Provide operational support for transfers to external institutions
- Maintain transfer documents and handle inquiries
- Assist colleagues in the Transfers Department as required
- Undertake special projects as assigned
- Minimum 1 year experience in back office administration within a financial securities firm
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Experience with Dataphile and/or Univeris is advantageous
- Proficient in English (written and verbal), French skills are a plus
