Job Overview:

The Jr.

Project Manager & Estimator will be responsible for the assistant of procurement, planning, execution of Management of client projects with the goal of delivering projects on time within budget.

Duties:

Working very closely with the Senior Project Managers, assisting, learning and planning of client projects.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Project Estimator in the construction industry
Strong knowledge of drywall project management
Familiarity with construction estimating
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
