Job Summary:

Promote and sell Armo Tool's leading-edge engineering and manufacturing systems & solutions, products, and services to clients.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop, and maintain an active sales funnel of assigned accounts, and update regularly
  • Engage with the client to win projects to achieve annual dollar sales targets and approved levels of margin for assigned accounts
  • Engage with the client on technical level to understand the client's specific requirements and then in turn be able to present viable solutions
  • Work in partnership with Armo design teams, the relevant quoting team and the management to devise and present the optimum manufacturing/automation solution for clients
  • Act as first level customer liaison in all customer/company transactions and maintain high level of customer satisfaction, provide liaison support between the customer and the Project Manager(s) to mitigate conflict and crisis.

Education, Skills, and Job Requirements:


  • Proven track record of selling custom designed automated manufacturing solutions into the Transportation/Automotive industry or other relevant industries (Aerospace, Food & Beverage)
  • Demonstrated effective negotiation and strong closing skills, including the knowledge and experience in negotiation of contractual terms and conditions, including payment terms; damages, etc.
  • Strong presentation skills in order to present to internal stakeholders and existing and potential clients to sell technical concepts
  • Must possess an active network of contacts in the relevant markets segment or segments in order to leverage multiple sales opportunities
  • Experience in "solution and systems sales" of capital equipment or industrial automation
  • Must demonstrate the drive and motivation to sell and enjoy the challenge of selling in the industrial automation/manufacturing solutions industry
  • Must exhibit selfdirectedness, independence and an extremely proactive approach
  • Must be willing to travel frequently as required
