Duties:
As part of the Client Service team, reporting to the Group Leader, Facilities Management, this position is responsible for providing operational support, maintenance and enhancement activities of systems, maintenance, and support of information management systems.
Provide general office services such as activities involving internal moves, ordering and receiving goods, office pick-ups and deliveries and maintaining the CER office space environment.
As well as assisting with Audio Visual Services, hearings, and specialized meeting requests.
This position ensures that material managed by the CER is managed in a sustainable and a financially responsible manner that supports the cost-effective and efficient delivery of CER programs.
