Short-Term Rental Bookkeeping Systems Expert

Job summary
We are looking for an expert in short-term rental bookkeeping and accounting systems to design and build our financial infrastructure from the ground up.Key responsibilities include designing a chart of accounts appropriate for STR management in Mexico, structuring expense categorization (repairs, maintenance, utilities), creating a receipt organization system (Drive structure + naming conventions) and designing workflows for cash advances purchases without invoices currency conversion FX tracking repeatable monthly reporting by property building templates not one-off solutions.
- Proven experience with short-term rental or property management bookkeeping.
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills pivot tables formulas system design.
