Our
Corporate Finance team is seeking a
Business Systems Analyst for our
North American Headquarters, located in Edmonton, Alberta.

Here's how a Business Analyst for our Edmonton NAHQ office contributes to our team:

Responsibilities:

Elicits, reviews, and validates systems and user needs.
Assists with the development of use cases that support requirements analysis, functional designs, user acceptance testing, and training material.
Assists with training needs analyses.
Prepares training data and conditions and assists with creating and updating training materials, and delivers training as required.
Assists with end user training.
Participates in pilots and rollouts.
Supports effective identification, assessment, and prioritization of business problems.
Supports end users, troubleshoots simple issues, and streamlines service delivery.
Prepares user acceptance test data and conditions. Coordinates, documents, and executes user acceptance testing, including the tracking of issues and reporting on statuses.
Develops and maintains strong, customerfocused relationships with all stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize own work.
Ability to work to tight deadlines and within constraints.
Ability to work independently and in a team by collaborating to solve problems.
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with employees at all levels and areas of the organization.
Experience with system troubleshooting.
Resultsoriented and able to meet deadlines.
Ability to learn independently and stay current with new technologies.
Ability to develop and maintain effective stakeholder relationships
