Description
The Admin team provides daily administrative support for summer programming, and preparation for Fall/Winter tasks.

Working in small groups, or across departments, youth in these roles develop confidence and begin to master skills used in their writing, analysis and participation in the workplace.

Our waterfall mentorship model means you will help others to learn things you are already an expert in and others will help you learn things you are working on yourself.

These roles are progressive over the summer and youth are afforded as much scope and responsibility as they are willing and able to handle.

It's a great way to 'level up' in a team setting where your voice and opinions genuinely make a difference daily.

Some roles follow a hybrid work structure where employees both work from home or in person, as needed, based on demands of specific tasks and/or personal work preferences.

Working from the office/studio/meeting location is encouraged when working on tasks that require a high degree of collaboration. Training and Workshops may be online or in-person, as needed.
