Description
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our team.As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by scheduling qualified appointments for our sales team.
You will be responsible for contacting potential customers through multiple channels, building rapport, and securing appointments to showcase our IT services.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize provided prospect lists or conduct research to identify potential customers and target markets.
- Engage potential customers in meaningful conversations to understand their needs, pain points, and interest in our products/services.
- Effectively communicate our value proposition, benefits, and features to prospects.
- Qualify leads by asking pertinent questions and assessing their potential as a customer.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all calls, conversations, and appointment details in the CRM system.
- Follow up with prospects who have shown interest but were not ready to schedule an appointment initially.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide them with detailed appointment information and ensure a smooth handover.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly appointment setting targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an appointment setter or in a similar sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with potential customers.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to secure appointments effectively.
- Selfmotivated and targetoriented, with a focus on achieving results.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with Hubspot CRM software and proficiency in using it to track and manage leads.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management practices.
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with Microsoft Office/Teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B appointment setting.
- Knowledge of the IT industry or SaaS/IaaS environments.
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.
