    About the role

    We have an opportunity for a forward-thinking, self-motivated Business Analyst II role to join our Claims team. As the link between business and IT partners, your aim will be to ensure we develop the right products and processes to deliver an unrivalled experience for our customers.

    What you'll do here:

  • Work in partnership with and seek input from various experts, managers, and teams across the business to help reorganize and modernize our claims management processes.
  • Work with product designers and/or customer experience designers to translate vision into roadmap-based specifications.
  • Facilitate workshops to document current business processes and technical systems and help identify potential efficiencies.
  • Write clear agile stories with the help of the product design team.
  • Guide and coordinate the planning, design, execution, and validation of test cases.
  • Participate in planning, demonstrations, committees, and retrospectives.
  • Execute roadmaps based on customer feedback and analysis results.
  • Support change management planning and implementation.
  • Communicate project status to relevant people.
  • Support team commitment and effectiveness.

  • What you bring to the table:

  • Experience in documenting and analyzing work processes and working with operational teams to improve these processes.
  • Experience in insurance and claims is an asset.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment is an asset.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholder groups across the organization
  • No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
  • Bilingualism required (French / English) – For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country
