- Work in partnership with and seek input from various experts, managers, and teams across the business to help reorganize and modernize our claims management processes.
- Work with product designers and/or customer experience designers to translate vision into roadmap-based specifications.
- Facilitate workshops to document current business processes and technical systems and help identify potential efficiencies.
- Write clear agile stories with the help of the product design team.
- Guide and coordinate the planning, design, execution, and validation of test cases.
- Participate in planning, demonstrations, committees, and retrospectives.
- Execute roadmaps based on customer feedback and analysis results.
- Support change management planning and implementation.
- Communicate project status to relevant people.
