Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate the ART processes and events, including PI planning, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt workshops, Scrum of Scrums, etc.
Support PI execution.
Coach teams on Lean-Agile practices and principles.
Help manage risks and dependencies.
Help to resolve and escalate impediments.
Optimize the flow of work.
Drive continuous improvement.
Communicate with stakeholders.
Ensure value delivery.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
5+ years of experience in software development or related field.
3+ years of experience as an Agile Release Train Engineer or similar leadership role.
Strong leadership and coaching skills.
Ability to manage risks and dependencies.
Strong knowledge of Lean-Agile principles and practices.
Experience in facilitating Agile processes and events.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
