Job Overview


Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the ART processes and events, including PI planning, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt workshops, Scrum of Scrums, etc.
  • Support PI execution.
  • Coach teams on Lean-Agile practices and principles.
  • Help manage risks and dependencies.
  • Help to resolve and escalate impediments.
  • Optimize the flow of work.
  • Drive continuous improvement.
  • Communicate with stakeholders.
  • Ensure value delivery.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software development or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as an Agile Release Train Engineer or similar leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Ability to manage risks and dependencies.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean-Agile principles and practices.
  • Experience in facilitating Agile processes and events.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
