SCOPE:
- Support Texcan's online marketing through:
- Plan and execute all digital marketing including SEO/SEM, marketing database, and social media
- Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing collaterals
- Monitors effectiveness of digital strategies and marketing initiatives, providing campaign reports
- Assists in producing and editing key marketing collateral including creative writing
- Create and maintain promotional material
- Social media community managements
- Manage and coordinate various social media campaigns & advertising
- Create social media calendar and manage daily posting / content creation
- Understand CRM and learn how sales representatives use CRM
- Work with branches and corporate departments to deliver marketing campaigns and create sales/promotional material (ie: Videos/PowerPoint presentations, tradeshow literature) to generate sales and brand awareness that are consistent with Company's business goals and objectives.
- Provide support and tools to Branch managers and other sales staff that will drive sales within their areas.
- Prepare and participate in trade shows, as required
- Develop effective relationships with sales teams, corporate departments and service providers
- Maintain company's website and marketing related information on intranet current
- Other duties as required
Education:
- College/University Diploma required (Business or Marketing related)
- Additional courses in Sales/Marketing, Digital marketing, Webpage Analytics is an asset.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office required._ _
Experience
- 2 years of experience in an agency and/or marketing role
- 2+ years of experience in managing successful digital media campaigns
- Strong copywriting skills with experience preparing and editing content for online, social media, reports, and communication materials
- Solid knowledge of website analytics
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords Campaigns
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills
