Duties:

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
• Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by dietitian or chef
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Clean kitchen and work areas
• Other duties assigned by chef or owner as appropriate

Qualifications, Skills, and Conditions:

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent
• Experience of 1 year or more in Sushi preparation techniques and Japanese cuisine
• Attention to detail
• Fastpaced environment
• Handling heavy loads
• Physically demanding
• Repetitive tasks
• Standing for extended periods
• Work under pressure
