Description

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure effective product launches and promotions
• Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, including contract negotiations
• Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance
• Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to upper management

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a leadership role
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to drive business development and achieve sales targets
• Knowledge of technology sales, including software or hardware solutions
• Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals with clients
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
• Experience in technical sales or outside sales is highly desirable
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
