The Clinical Trainer will be responsible for all product training for clinicians, Clarion employees and other professionals both on site, in the field and via webinar.

This will include the creation and maintenance of training material including videos, establishment and maintenance of records of training while striving for continuous improvement of the performance of the training programs.

Clinical Trainers will also be asked to provide staff training for new hires and programs to ensure staff remain up to date clinically on new and existing products and equipment.

Clinical trainers will develop/maintain some key KOL relationships in their territories. Clinical trainers will work to ensure utilization of existing systems in customer accounts where consumables are involved.


The successful applicant will:


  • Develop training skills of targeted Clarion employees and accounts to grow profitable business
  • Implement training programs / evenings with sales in major territories
  • Build relationships with key accounts and develop new opportunities with new and existing accounts
  • Work closely with sales and marketing to develop training programs including but not limited to manuals and videos that will directly impact sales
  • Transfer training techniques / product information to sales to ensure understanding
  • Work at trade shows and customer events and attend trade meetings and educational events as required
  • Develop and keep up to date with training materials and programs for current portfolio products
  • Develop/maintain relationships with key vendor clinical contracts
  • Conduct webinar training sessions
  • Medical Aesthetician/ RN
  • In depth Medical Aesthetic knowledge
  • Previous medical aesthetic experience preferred
  • Team player that is comfortable working with sales personal to develop strategies to maintain and win new business.
  • Creative with the ability to manage and reset priorities in rapidly changing environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to conduct training and present information in an advisory capacity.
  • Computer Literate, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • An innovative and flexible positive individual who is strategic with a high energy level.
  • An independent thinker with the ability to openly suggest, support and defend opinions and ideas with management
  • Highly customer focused with a desire to impact the business goals of clients and Clarion
