The Nova Scotia Provincial Housing Agency (NSPHA) is seeking a Policy Manager to lead a team of policy analysts in providing information, policy options, analysis and evidence-based strategic advice to senior leadership to promote effective planning, implementation and evaluation of programs and policies.Responsibilities
- Lead public housing policy development through research, stakeholder consultations and qualitative and quantitative analysis to produce high quality, evidence-based policy papers and recommendations.
- Provide strategic leadership for NSPHA's policy function, working with data analytics, corporate client services and operational teams to apply performance measurement frameworks and evidence to inform decision-making.
