Job Description:

You will be responsible for the procurement, installation, configuration and maintenance of systems hardware and software and associated back-end infrastructure for servers and storage, including core Microsoft Azure cloud solutions.

Your primary responsibility is to support and deliver technical solutions to our customer base.

Your responsibilities:

Gather requirements and provide solutions to the business based on an understanding of the Microsoft Azure environment.
Contribute to continuous system improvement, operations, maintenance, and monitoring (infrastructure).
Design, build and configure the Microsoft Azure platform.
Contribute to and interact with the Azure DevOps ecosystem.
Maintain documentation on the support and architecture of cloud computing systems.
Participate in the resolution and documentation of incidents.

Qualifications:

To join our team, you need:

5 years of experience in cloud computing.
Azure certification(s) would be an asset.
Excellent knowledge of infrastructure technologies (servers, visualization, networking, enduser computing, etc.)
Experience in running and maintaining scripts (e.g., PowerShell).
Knowledge of network technologies (VPN, routers, switches, access points, etc.) would be an asset.
Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems would be an asset.
Bilingual in French and English as you will need to communicate with internal clients across Canada.
