We need a talented, inspired and inspiring marketer to fuel business units with essential user and market insights. Reporting to the Consumer Experience and Insights Team Lead, you will run valuable surveys, perform AI driven semantic analysis, and a wide array of market research to help guide internal stakeholders and create business value. All in all, you will be a key player in the transformation of a Montreal based company with international expansion.

What you'll do- Collaborate with internal business units such as Product development, Sales, Customer Service Center, Human Capital and Operations to identify how user and market data can best be leveraged to improve the consumer experience.- Manage data collection methods such as Survey Monkey for Consumer Satisfaction, NPS and other punctual surveys.- Analyse user data using appropriate tools such as Keatext semantic analysis- Collaborate with the BI team to create and improve CX related dashboards- Perform various types of market research such as brand and product benchmarks, industry trends.- Prepare presentation documents with clear data visualization and takeaways.- Present results, takeaways and preliminary recommendations to business units and stakeholders.- Leverage your tools to help project teams track and improve their products and services.

What you'll bring- 3+ years of experience in marketing, Analytics or Research.- English and French communication skills (verbal and written)- Experience with web-based data collection and deep analysis tools such as Survey Monkey, Keatext or others.- Experience with basic SQL and data visualization tools like Power BI and Data studio (a plus).- Experience with Google Analytics will be a plus.- Experience with the MS Office suite, especially with Excel and PPT.- Experience in working in a SAFe Agile team (a plus)- Self-motivation, organization, and proactiveness.
