Job Opening:
Service Coordinator
Duties:
- Coordinate and schedule service appointments for clients
- Maintain accurate records of client information and service requests
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
- Assist with data entry and documentation tasks
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely completion of work orders
- Utilize phone systems to answer and direct incoming calls
- File and organize paperwork in accordance with established procedures
- Utilize Microsoft 365 Programs & CRM Software
- Assist with billing and invoicing
- Assist on HVAC side by making phone calls & booking appointments
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or office role preferred
- Familiarity with electrical, trades & HVAC an asset
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using phone systems and handling multiple calls simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Salary:
$17.00-$20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (required)
Ability to Commute:
- Kitchener, ON N2B 3S4 (required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Kitchener, ON N2B 3S4: Relocate before starting work (required)
