- Forecasting & Reporting: Manage, track, and analyze business forecasts and actuals via regular dashboard reporting
- Vendor Management: Third-party vendor management, including creation of business targets, issues management, escalation support, and training

- 3+ Years experience in a management consultant or business analyst role
- Familiarity with Telecommunications is considered an asset
- Experience leading calls/discussions with team members/vendors
- Knowledge of tools like Salesforce, Domo, Tableau etc. is considered an asset
- Project management, Process improvement, New process development and reporting
- 2+ year College/University education in Technology or Business program is considered an asset
- Proven business acumen with a disposition for change/risk management
- Effective networker with experience in influencing, building relationships, and communicating (verbal and written) with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to work with peers in a cross-functional setting
- Ability to prioritize tasks from multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines with quality deliverables
- Advanced Microsoft Office ability (especially MS Excel)
- Strong work ethic and solutions-oriented, with an understanding of the business and financial elements of a large operation
- Self-starter with proven organizational and time-management skills
- Undergraduate degree in business is considered an asset
- Business analysis or project management certification is considered an asset
