- Lead accurate and timely month-end and year-end reporting and analysis, including involvement in budgeting, forecasting, and special projects.
- Complete month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring compliance with audit requirements and GAAP.
- Identify opportunities for business performance improvements through detailed analysis and management reporting.
- Develop and enhance monthly reporting utilizing Business Intelligence tools.
- Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and treasury operations.
- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end activities, including audits and financial analysis.
- Lead monthly management reporting using ERP systems.
- Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and income statement analysis.
- Review purchase analysis, inventory control, and internal financial controls.
- Ensure accuracy of financial records in the general ledger.
- Support tax policies, statutory audits, and reporting requirements.
- Analyze reporting requests and support treasury activities.
- Track key business metrics and maintain cash flow.
- Hold a degree in business, accounting, or finance with a CPA designation.
- Have 3-5 years of accounting experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
- Bring strong knowledge of GAAP and financial management practices.
- Excel in using MS Office suite, particularly Excel.
- Experience with ERP systems and financial tools.
- Attention to detail, quick learner, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional planning, organizational, and communication skills.
- Demonstrate proactivity, initiative, and ability to prioritize effectively.
- Have inventory control experience and familiarity with banking platforms.
