    Type of position: Permanent and full time.

    Are you looking for an opportunity in a large company where the work environment is fast-paced and there are major projects in the works?

    Your day-to-day:

    We are seeking an analytical creative thinker who is driven by results. As Territory Sales Manager, you will aim to achieve sales targets within your territory or portfolio. You will actively and proactively promote company goals and objectives, and execute sales plans stemming from pre-established marketing programs.

    This position requires a lot of day travel with your personal vehicle (the expense of which will be reimbursed). You may also be required to maintain a fully functional office at your place of residence.

    • Maintain and enhance the company image to the customer base;
    • Project a positive image of the company within the industry;
    • Manage sales quotas;
    • Implement pre-established Marketing Programs;
    • Communicate all competitive information proactively;
    • Develop customer plans and make recommendations to management;
    • Maintain adequate records on sales opportunities and programs;
    • Respond to customer concerns regarding backorders and billing;
    • Provide call reports, monthly reports, and dealer product usage reports;
    • Participate in trade shows, customer events, and sales meetings;
    • Develop and recommend improved systems and procedures to meet customer needs;
    • Visit customers on-site, when warranted to meet customer expectations.

    A short list of essentials:

    • 3-5 years of sales experience in the health care and dental markets (more than 5 years would be an asset);
    • Post-secondary school education (a university degree would be a plus);
    • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills;
    • Ability to build strong customer relationships;
    • Exceptional organizational and negotiation skills.
