UCSH is looking for a full time
Locksmith/Service Technician position. This position requires to travel across GTA locations.


WHAT'S THE JOB ABOUT?


Reporting to the Managing Director, the Locksmith/Service Technician position is responsible for onsite service that includes basic locksmithing, door hardware installation, troubleshooting, as well as keying services and installing automatic door operators.

Some of the work you will do, but not limited to:

  • Install and program electronic devices such as access control, alarm panels
  • Troubleshoot and identify issues and provide solutions to the customers
  • Some low voltage electronic installation work
  • Install, repair and adjust commercial and residential hardware onsite
  • Other duties as assigned

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMONE LIKE YOU WHO HAS:

  • Minimum high school diploma or
  • 3 years of experience working as a locksmith
  • Knowledge of residential and commercial locksmith industry
  • Basic Electrical/Mechanical repairing skills are asset
  • Potential for flexible in working hours available for oncall 24/7 shift is an asset
  • Excellent physical condition and coordination to be able to lift up to 50lbs
  • Must have a valid driver license
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Tech savvy easy to adapt new technology and program
