    Description

    Responsibilities

    :
  • Carry out inspections with Faro arms, PolyWorks metrology software, gauges, 3D or other manual tools,
  • Follow the parts inspection priorities determined by Client.
  • Ensure products conformity (check after rework).
  • Check compliance of subassemblies with contractual and internal requirements.
  • Save the PolyWorks inspection reports on client SharePoint.
  • In case of non-compliance:
  • Collaborate with Methods, Quality and Production to perform straightening or rework.
  • If still non-conforming, document it on Client SharePoint.
  • Maintain inspection records by component, assembly, and vehicle.
  • Maintain quality documentation for components, assemblies, and vehicles

    • Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to foster productive working relationships.
  • Must be able to simultaneously manage several objectives.
  • Must be detail oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
  • Strong verbal, written and communication skills.
  • Fluent French: speaking, reading, and writing is required.
  • Professionalism, integrity, and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong independent decision-making skills, excellent analytical skills, and professional judgment
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of basic computer skills, include basic Excel skills.
  • Railway experience, an asset.
  • Expertise in 3D measurement technics.
