Leasing and Administrative Duties

  • Encourage appointments or viewings with all prospective resident callers.
  • Ensure positive resident relations; write notices to residents.
  • Proof, scan and file documents.
  • Prompt response to resident issues and service requests (within 24 hours).
  • Recognition of residents' unique requirements.
  • Compile research data on rental markets.

Skill Set Required

  • 1 year of experience in office administration, sales, leasing apartments or related field an asset.
  • Proficient with MS Office. Yardi knowledge is an asset.
  • Strong problemsolver with effective negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and with mínimal supervision when carrying out daytoday responsibilities.
  • Ability to multitask and desire to see tasks to completion.
