Description
We are looking for a Site Administrator/ Rental Agent. This will be a full-time live out position in our main office located at 155 Balliol St, Toronto.Responsibilities include
- Welcoming visitors/tenants by greeting them, in person or on the telephone;
- Answering incoming calls on multiline telephones and referring inquiries.
- Sorting out mail and faxes.
- Showing units currently available for rent
- Scanning and faxing
- Guest Suite & Party room reservations
- Filing (manual & electronic)
- Data entry (New tenants, lease agreements)
- General office duties
- Other duties as required
Skills and Experience
- Ability to meet deadlines proficiently;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills
- Yardi, MS Word, Excel and an asset
- Excellent team player
- Ability to take direction
Pay:
$50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
