We are seeking a qualified professional to fill the role of Building Officer - Inspections within our Planning and Regulatory Services Group.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with various construction projects, housing developments, and other building-related initiatives in Hastings. You will play a key part in processing these projects while mentoring and sharing your knowledge with others.

• Ideally you should be an experienced building inspector with relevant qualifications or expertise that meets Regulation 18 of the Building (Accreditation of Building Consent Authorities) Regulations 2006, including technical competency under the national competency assessment criteria for Building Officers.
