How will you contribute to the team?

  • Provide IT support for the Common Data Environment (CDE) on major Nuclear new build projects
  • Interface with users from alliance organisations to understand issues and provide timely resolution
  • Create and maintain support documentation such as FAQs, work instructions and job aids
  • Maintain access logs and traceability for user access requests and approvals.
  • Partner with project functions to capture requirements for process automation, data integration and reporting needs
  • Debug production issues and resolve them quickly with permanent fixes.
  • Identify areas for business process improvement and efficiencies; make recommendations to improve existing processes or system functionality.

What we are looking for?

  • Bachelors in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience dealing with a complex IT Ecosystem.
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
