Greener Project Development Inc. developing student and vacation rentals since 2008.


Key Responsibilities:

Execute a comprehensive range of carpentry tasks related to residential construction including framing, roofing, flooring, millwork.

Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers and subcontractors.

Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance on the construction site.

Monitor project progress and provide reports on status to management.

Maintain high standards of workmanship and resolve any issues related to work quality.

Manage construction schedules, including coordinating the delivery and use of materials, equipment, and labor.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients on-site.

Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to challenges encountered on the construction site.

Maintain detailed records of construction activities, resources, and expenditures.

Engage in hands-on construction work as required, demonstrating practical skills and leading by example.

Travel involving driving will be necessary.


Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.

Strong knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.

Problem-solving abilities and a strong work ethic.

A relevant trade qualification or equivalent (preferred).

Certification in First Aid and CPR (preferred).

$20-25 / hour
