Blonyx is a North Vancouver-based sports nutrition brand for people with athletic ambition. We provide performance products to ambitious athletes of all sports across N. America and the UK, but with a particular focus on Western Canada.

We are currently searching for a
Brand and Partnership Manager to join us on our mission.

Your focus will be to help build the Blonyx brand in Western Canada and beyond.

This will be through ensuring messaging on all channels is consistent and well communicated, building partnerships and executing creative campaigns, and overseeing our events schedule.

POSITION OVERVIEW
Working as part of our marketing team, the role will have the following responsibilities:
Duties and responsibilities

Be instrumental in shaping the Blonyx brand and marketing strategy
Take on a lead role in projects to build the Blonyx brand such as athlete spotlight campaigns, messaging campaigns, product launches and partnership promotions
Management of all branding to ensure consistency and alignment across all channels
Manage our event calendar and oversee event execution (including management of our events processes and team)
Develop relationships with key partners to build marketing initiatives (e.g. Fed, Giant Cycles, BC Rugby, Cycling BC and the like)
Communicate with customers to build a good understanding of our true brand in order to feedback to the team and instigate corrective action if needed.
Be a big part of the marketing and management team, rolling up those sleeves to help out wherever is needed
Helping to build our "expansion model" in Western Canada before taking it to other parts of N. America

Blonyx is a small company in a growth phase.

This is a prime opportunity for a very ambitious and driven individual, ready to test their metal and grow a brand along with their reputation.

Qualifications, skills and experience

5+ years experience in marketing management with a track record of successful campaigns and/or achievements
Experience in consumer goods / directtoconsumer marketing
Experience in the sport or sports nutrition industry is ideal, but not essential
Can demonstrate a high level of success in managing a team through project execution
A passion for sports
A desire to win

SALARY, BENEFITS AND HOW TO APPLY

Salary:
$70-85,000+ depending on experience and track record

Benefits:

Medical and dental coverage, flexibility in work hours, in-office 1-2x a week, working while travelling permitted on a case-by-case basis.
