Job Summary
This role will have you arranging domestic and complex international travel for busy executives including air car hotel ground transportation Before starting your role you will participate in three weeks of paid training This program will boost your knowledge train you on contract airfares sharpen your Sabre skills Our corporate travel consultants handle the air car rail ground transportation bookings as well as ticketing changes exchange queue management You will also need to offer exceptional customer service to satisfy our business traveler's needsResponsibilities
- Coordinate air hotel car ground transportation bookings for domestic international travel considering Canadian-specific requirements
- Build rapport develop relationship with Canadian business travelers ensure their business travel needs are handled by trusted team of Corporate Travel professionals
- Ensure accurate timely completion of reservations meet travelers' needs Execution all responsibilities within company guidelines customer service documentation Passenger Name Records profiles ticketing invoicing accuracy throughout Comprehend strictly comply with Canadian travel policies regulations specific market Staying informed airline rules regulations tariffs fare requirements apply knowledge accurately all arrangements Deliver consultative support exceptional customer service booking process Keeping clients informed necessary documents health requirements destinations Proficiently handling ticketing Phase IVs exchanges changes involving complex fares Expertly managing rerouting exchange processes minimize disruption travel plans Help cultivate safe inclusive accessible environment team members backgrounds racialized disabilities faith LGBTQ+
