Description
Site Supervisor required for nine townhome sub division.Responsibilities:
- Provide overall site management and direction to trades to ensure the project workflow is running smoothly
- Along with the Project Manager the Site Supervisor will need to create, manage and drive the construction schedule
- Ensure the successful completion of the project by being on schedule and within budget
- Overseeing workmanship and foreseeing problems in advance before they arise
- Provide progress reports on site activities
- Mitigate sitelevel issues as they arise and escalate issues to management when necessary
- Prepare and expedite project deficiency lists
- Coordinate all City and Consultant inspections
- Manage labour force on site
- Ensure that "asbuilt" drawings are prepared on an ongoing basis by all trades during the construction period.
- Maintain an organized job site, including the construction office
- Minimum 5 year experience in low rise construction supervision required.

$65,000.00 per year
