    Join our dynamic, diverse team at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Whistler as a Full-Time Seasonal Concierge.

    Hourly wage:
    $21.The Concierge will respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest's needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons' policies.
    Utilize computerized or manual systems to review and manage daily record sheets, guest accounts, receipts, and vouchers.

    Conduct pre-arrival processes, contacting future guests to arrange services such as Wine Tastings, Dining Reservations, shipping packages, transportation, and researching various vendors.

    Maintain constant communication with guests through our messenger app, providing immediate responses and proper closure of interactions.

    Address and resolve customer complaints, assisting with inquiries about hotel services, hours of operation, key personnel, in-house events, and directions.

    Engage with guests in person and by phone, adhering to Brand standards.

    Ensure that concierge desk materials, including information on restaurants, museums, attractions, maps, and local activities, are updated and current.

    Preferred background in luxury hotel Front Office, Concierge, or Guest Services.
    Priority consideration for current Four Seasons employees, bilingual candidates, and those with prior luxury hotel/environment experience.
    Proficiency in the English language, both written and oral, is mandatory.
