To ensure projects meet the company's Quality and Project Management standards, we are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team.

We are 300 people working alongside our customers on some of North America's most innovative projects.


Your key responsibilities will be to:
Assist in project planning, monitoring, and forecasting, including change and risk management.
Assist Project Managers in project financial management and the achievement of profitability targets.
Develop and implement document controls, and communication protocols, and assist with sub-consultant management on projects.
Assist the Project Manager with administrative functions and processes
Assist the project manager to ensure projects meet internal and external quality management standards

On top of that, you will:
Hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognized university
Possibly have a P.Eng. or be eligible to obtain an engineering license in Ontario
Have 2-5 years of work experience working in the same capacity
Strategic planning and organizational skills combined with the ability to work in a time-sensitive situation on multiple and competing deadlines
Have a good understanding of project management fundamentals especially earned value analysis
Have strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities together with the ability to adjust to changing priorities, deal with ambiguity, and work with a variety of stakeholders
