The majority of our Sales Team have been here for
many years, and we currently have an opportunity for a new position.

We are adding a
Desking Manager to the Red Hill team.

Responsibilities:


  • Assist sales team to exceed volume, gross profit and customer satisfaction standards
  • Daily reporting of the traffic report.
  • Desking deals, interacting with sales team and clients to close deals
  • Assist Used Vehicle Managers and General Sales Manager in any other assigned duties

Qualifications:


  • Critical thinker who is detail oriented
  • Desking experience preferred
  • Automotive sales management required
  • Results oriented and accountable
  • Effective communicator with strong written and oral skills
  • Experience in report creation on multiple platforms
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude
  • Toyota product knowledge is a definite plus
  • Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demands
  • Valid G Class driver's license with a clean driving abstract
  • Valid OMVIC license
