    Description

    What you'll do:

  • To deal with all retail personnel, customers and co-workers in a helpful and respectful manner.
  • To handle incoming telephone calls by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues when possible.
  • To accept customer orders and dispatch information to Drivers and Service personnel on a timely basis. This includes prioritizing orders and assessing product levels and truck routes.
  • Perform weekly and monthly administrative duties required to maintain accurate and complete branch records.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Who you'll work with :

    The Team: You will work closely with Energy team to provide administrative assistance to the department, and general propane activities.

    The Customers: You will demonstrate customer focus while answering customer inquiries, accepting orders and maintaining accurate records.

    Who you are:

    You are looking for a career in Administration and:

  • Have 1+ years of related experience.
  • Have a High School Diploma
  • Are familiar with Data Entry and General Administrative Tasks.
