Minimum qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in program managing multi
- dimensional cross-functional initiatives, including planning, executing, and tracking projects from initiation to completion.

  • Experience with internal and external scaled and support platforms/systems including Help Centers, User Communities, CRM, or case management processes and tools.

Preferred qualifications:


  • Experience in strategy, change management and rollingout large scale initiatives.
  • Experience implementing projects in a demanding, changeoriented, and fastpaced environment with deadlinedriven productivity.
  • Ability to take initiative and work with mínimal guidance in an ambiguous environment with multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate problemsolving results into insights and business recommendations while working with data, analytics, and technical teams.
  • Strong analysis, written/verbal communication (framing and storytelling), teamwork, and people management skills with leaders.
  • Excellent project management skills.

About the job:


The Product and Tools Operations team (gPTO) within gTech leverages user, operational, and technical insights to innovate Google's Ads products into customer experiences that are so intuitive (or automated) that they require no support at all.

Our team works closely with gTech Support, Professional Services, Product Management and Engineering to innovate and simplify our Ads products and build the productivity tools ecosystem for gTech users.

We advocate for product improvements for our customers backed by product expertise and data-driven insights.


In this role, you will provide strategic program management leadership ensuring alignment with the organization's strategy to deliver outcomes for customers and the business.

With expert organization, communication, and stakeholder management, you will orchestrate seamless end-to-end program execution, turning gTech's vision and strategy into reality, one milestone at a time.

As a Program Manager on our team, you will work cross-functionally with a wide network of partners, spanning multiple organizations as well as within gTech.

You will have the opportunity to drive complex initiatives from conception to implementation, and will be sought out as a trusted advisor by our partner teams.


Responsibilities:


  • Architect the program strategy and objectives, assess and communicate impact to business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with partner teams and SMEs to surface risks, action items or key dependencies impacting program delivery quality or timeline.
  • Define, launch and drive strategic and tools and platform initiatives to ensure successful deliver of complex, strategic programs, working closely with crossfunctional teams and senior leadership.
  • Lead large crossfunctional projects and teams by working with business and technical stakeholders across the organization to develop and manage project trackers, project communication to stakeholders, timelines, and lead crossfunctional groups to synthesize feedback and deliver on project objectives.
  • Develop communication strategies for regular program updates, and create presentations with compelling messages effectively tailored to different audience levels, including executives.
