- Managing lawyers' calendars, including the scheduling and monitoring of case deadlines
- Preparation of draft pleadings and correspondence
- Preparation of the service and notification of documents
- Formatting and linguistic revision of documents
- Maintenance of electronic files
- Filing documents through the online court registry
- Organization of out-of-court examinations and client meetings
- Various follow-ups with clients and other stakeholders in the files
- Other administrative tasks as required
- Professional Specialization Certificate (ASP) in Legal or Technical Secretarial Studies, or a Diploma of College Studies (DEC) in Office Technology with a legal profile. Any other relevant training/experience will be considered
- More than 3 years of experience in legal secretarial work
- Litigation experience is an asset
- Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written
- Excellent command of Word and Outlook software
- Knowledge of Maître software would be an asset
- Interpersonal skills (client-focused), discretion, and professionalism
- Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously and prioritize tasks
- A permanent full-time position (35 hours per week)
- A daytime work schedule from Monday to Friday
