Job Description:


The job holder will have as main responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to sales representatives, project directors and managers, practice directors;
  • Ensure the integration of subcontractors, manage subcontracting orders, approve timesheets and manage billing for services;
  • Establish revenue forecasts;
  • Contribute to the integration of new project managers;
  • Support project managers in their management activities for any operational element relevant to planning;
  • Report the progress of the project by identifying the variations observed in the performance indicators, risks and opportunities;
  • Ensure project followup on schedule, efforts, budget and deliverables;
  • Communicate the progress of the work compared to the initial plan and delivery requirements;
  • Support the project manager in documenting and monitoring the project management methodology

Qualifications:

Essential Skills/Abilities

  • Relevant college or university degree;
  • Have a minimum of two (2) to 3 (three) years of relevant experience;
  • Excellent command of spoken and written French and English;
  • Excellent command of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio programs;
  • Excellent command of MS Project; (or other project management tool)
  • Autonomy, initiative and resourcefulness
  • Interest in technology
  • Interpersonal skills and team spirit;
  • Excellent sense of organization and attention to detail;
  • Good ability to adapt and synthesize;
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills (French and English)
  • Motivated by a sense of urgency and excellence;
  • Attitude oriented towards continuous improvement;
  • Willingness to continuously learn
  • Course in project management or CAPM certification an asset
