Aventas is actively seeking sales representatives to join our growing team. A successful sales representative will be sourcing new sales opportunities and closing deals to achieve quota.

You will be playing a vital role in increasing revenues by managing and negotiating with clients, qualifying prospects, generating new customers, and managing the sales of products/services.

Below we'll walk through some of the responsibilities & qualifications we're looking for in a new team member.

Responsibilities

Engaging and educating customers to provide excellent customer service while building brand loyalty, laying the foundation for a strong customer experience, and serving as an excellent ambassador when participating in face to face interactions in residential sales
Working independently and maximizing sales while enhancing customer experience
Modify sales techniques to meet the needs of prospective customers
Explain service agreement terms to customers
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
3+ years' of sales consulting or business intelligence experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
Strong relationshipbuilding abilities
The ability to be selfmotivated and work autonomously with an entrepreneurial, sales, and customer servicedriven spirit
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
