DESCRIPTION

  • We're seeking someone to join our team as a Business Manager to work as part of the HR COO organization team with a focus on financial analysis and operational support.


In the Human Resources division, we provide advice and insight to attract, retain, reward and develop a talented global workforce, giving employees the support and tools, they need to succeed.

This is a Vice President level position within the Human Capital Management Business Management function.

The employee will be responsible for oversight of divisional financial goals, including the management of departmental budgets and expenses, invoice processing and escalations, contractual due diligence, contingent onboarding and maintenance, space and office management, as well as business continuity policy adherence.

What you'll do in the role:

  • Coordinate global HCM budget and forecasting process focused on delivering the greatest value to the business.
  • Produce regular reporting to senior management regarding operating costs including identification of potential challenges.
  • Work crossfunctionally to implement longterm strategic business plans in line with divisional goals and resources.
  • Manage divisional spend management, invoice processing oversight, and related accounts payable and contractual activities.
  • Serve as point of contact for internal stakeholders in key areas of HCM regarding management of financial expenditures.
  • Build and maintain relationships across HCM, Finance, Sourcing, Technology and other divisional counterparts.
  • Administer global allocation assignment methodology for intradivisional services and communicate to key stakeholders in each business, as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • What you'll bring to the role:
  • 8+ years work-related experience
  • Work effectively in crossfunctional teams, having demonstrated strong partnerships with both internal and external business partners and alliances.
  • Selfstarter with strong and creative problemsolving skills who able to balance multiple priorities in a fastchanging environment.
  • Succinctly communicate ideas, recommendations orally and in writing to a wide range of audiences, as well as exceptional listening and presentation skills
  • Proficient with Word, Excel and Power Point.
  • Knowledge of Fieldglass and Ariba is a plus.
