Who we are looking for:


  • Capable and confident individual focused on working safely and efficiently.
  • Desire to work as a team.
  • Selfmotivated with strong problem solving and trouble shooting skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent follow through.
  • Experience with diagnosing electrical/mechanical issues.
  • Experience with equipment maintenance and repair and weld/fabricate.
  • Postsecondary education in AG and/or Heavy-Duty Mechanics is considered an asset.
  • Someone who is willing to try and learn new things
