Role and Responsibilities
CAE Healthcare is a division of CAE Inc. and a medical simulation company dedicated to improving healthcare training and patient safety. We design and manufacture products used for patient simulation, surgical simulation, ultrasound simulation, and clinical simulation management.


The role we are offering you:


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Understand and analyze the various engineering documents to produce the verification and validation strategy and plan for the various CAE Healthcare products
  • Experience in designing automatic test bench using Microsoft environment.
  • Experience in product certification (Asset)
  • Preparing and/or creating the required test sequences
  • Providing technical expertise as required to help with troubleshooting of the product
  • Provide work estimates for V&V activities.
  • Execute the audit and validation strategy and plan
  • Report software and hardware issues found during V&V campaigns
  • Participate in the improvement of V&V processes
  • Produce progress reports related to V&V activities of the projects under their responsibility.
  • Support developers and engineers during the implementation phase and users following production.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or other relevant equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of Software development using C#, C++ (Asset)
  • Knowledge of Solidworks (Asset)
  • Knowledge in software validation (Asset)
  • Knowledge of compliance standards and global market access (GMA) for electronic products. (Asset)
  • Strong ability to take charge of projects and work autonomously,
  • Good communication skills,
  • Proactive, flexible team player.
