What you will do:


  • Play an important role as part of our purchasing and logistics team to keep our private aircraft flying by ensuring the access of aircraft parts
  • Pick up and deliver parts to/from local vendors and shipment depots
  • Transport parts/equipment and/or staff between Chartright's Toronto and regional outbases (Kitchener, Lake Simcoe, and Hamilton)
  • Load and pack the vehicle in a safe manner
  • Count and report on stock levels of consumable materials
  • Assist in stores when not on the road
  • Assist in periodic inventory of parts department
  • Ensure the company vehicles are maintained, clean, and organized
  • Ensure areas of the parts department are organized, clean, and safe
  • Follow all company policies, directives and procedures

What you bring:


  • Minimum highschool diploma and a clean driving record
  • Possession of a valid Ontario driver's license with a clean driver abstract
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday from 0800h 1430h
  • Willingness to work some overtime based on workload schedules with short notice at times
  • Excellent customer service skills as you run your route and communicate with vendors and others
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to operate effectively and flexibly
  • Highly motivated with strong communication and problemsolving
  • Able to learn and utilize the maintenance database to facilitate the work activities
  • Professional, ethical and committed to excellence
  • Able to lift 23 Kg
  • Clean driving record
  • Must qualify for a RAIC and AVOP passes
