The DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Regina is currently recruiting for a
Full Time Supervisor to join our team.

This is a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in both F&B outlets which include WildSage restaurant and Banquet Events.

The F&B Supervisor is a working supervisor position and will assist in directing the day to day operations including service and set-up while working closely with the team to ensure that each guest leaves with a memorable experience.

Primary Duties:

- ensure the entire team is delivering exceptional customer service to all guests by acting with a customer comes first attitude at all times
- establish rapport and connect with guests and meeting convenors to ensure their requests are met and event runs smoothly
- setting an example for the team through mentoring and coaching leadership
- oversee outlet service operations, ensuring all service details are executed as per Hilton standards.
- communicate areas of opportunities from guests to management in a timely manner
- active liaison between the guests and other associates to ensure outstanding customer service

Working Conditions:

- ability to continuously stand, bend, and lift up to 20lbs unassisted
- fast paced environment, often demanding requiring quick action and thinking on your feet

Required Education & Qualifications:

- grade 12 or equivalent, post-secondary considered an asset
- min 3 years' experience in a Food/Beverage role
- previous leadership experience is an asset
- valid Serve It Right Certification or provincial equivalent is required
- strong communication, leadership and organization

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
$16.00-$17.50 per hour
