The Role


Under the direction of the Home Manager, or in the absence of the Home Manager, this position will assume responsibility for the care and well-being of residents in the home.

This position is responsible for coordinating and supervising others who deliver direct resident care.


What You Bring
Along with your passion for exceptional care, you are:

  • A graduate from a recognized nursing program
  • Currently registered with BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM)
  • Demonstrated leadership ability in complex care with comprehensive knowledge of nursing and health care practices and techniques as they relate to long term care.
  • Post RN/RPN education in Gerontology and 5 years relevant experience.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$114,000.00 per year
