Job Summary:

The Clerk is responsible for cashier duties, food service area maintenance, cafeteria, and dining room operations.

The Clerk undertakes duties related to timely product procurement, inventory and storage of product, preparation of menu boards and items, and preparation of various promotional materials.

Note that this permanent position is 30 hours per week, from September 1 to July 15, following the academic year.

Qualifications:

High School completion and cashier certificate
Three (3) years related experience
Retail/customer service training and/or experience
Food Safe Level 1 required
WHMIS certification required

In this position, the Clerk will promote a positive work atmosphere and communicate in a professional manner that demonstrates mutual respect with students and colleagues.
