Personal Lines Service Broker - Team Lead

Major Responsibilities:

Manage a book of Personal Lines business in excess of $1.5MM
Organize, navigate, and update our digital client files (Applied Epic)
Process policy endorsements in company portals
Identify and act on Cross/Up Selling opportunities and process quotes in Applied Rating Services
Train and mentor new and existing service staff
Assist to ensure company standards and procedures are followed
Assist with Team meetings, audits and employee performance reviews when required
Assist Principal Broker with other tasks or special projects as necessary

Attributes of Team Lead Service Role:

RIBO License required with minimum 5 years insurance experience
Other Industry designations such as CAIB, CIP, would be considered an asset
Exceptional customer service skills and professional phone manner
Ability to confidently lead and motivate the team to meet the organization's goals
Proficient with Broker Management Systems and MS Office Products (Applied Epic experience would be an asset)
Overachieving attitude and work ethic
Ability to multitask conflicting priorities and stay accountable to agreed upon deadlines

Salary:
$55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
