Duties and Responsibilities:

Complete the Kitchen Tune-Up sales process training.

Live the Kitchen Tune-Up Trustpoints when representing the company or interacting with the team.

Manage lead flow and execute the sales process.

Maintain customer communication throughout the sale process including lead and proposal follow up.

Use/maintain CRM system to ensure activities and customer notes are captured.

Prepare job ordering documentation.

Visit project sites regularly and help manage customer expectations.

Work with homeowner and the project manager/install teams as necessary to ensure crisp delivery of sold project.

Complete final inspection of projects to confirm work has been completed to company standards.

Arrange and collect customer payments.

Participate in networking and marketing events such as industry and local events, home shows, etc.

Professionally represent the company at every interaction and opportunity - attire, industry knowledge and service.

Work with the sales manager to ensure effective delivery of the sales process and achievement of sales goals.

Attend/conduct meetings as scheduled/required.

Provide feedback on company operations, processes and procedures.

Flex hours typically but some evening and weekend will be required.

Need own vehicle.


Qualifications:

Confident - no hesitation asking for the sale, diligently following up and dealing with objections.

Be detail oriented, hard working, FUN to work with and take pride in your work.

Be highly professional, reliable and possess a strong desire to succeed.

Able to establish strong connections with people when first meet.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Computer and smartphone proficient.

Social media savvy.

Interior/kitchen design experience a plus but not necessary.
